So how do you parse through what the good information is vs. the bad – the routines that may be good for one person but not good for your specific situation?
Let me guess, you wrote down routines in your notes? Okay, well how do you go about taking action on the advice? Well, you do it. And if you really care about it, you watch the outcome closely.
So you perform your own informal experiment.
Well, this is good. But it’s not enough. Don’t use your head as a filing cabinet. You’ll learn what works for you far faster if you kept a record of how it turned out, instead of just that it didn’t work. And maybe you can get a little feedback on what you did and how it turned out for you.
And when you DO find what works for you, you’ll never forget it. Because it’s right there.
